You may have noticed more stories popping up on our channels celebrating the great work happening in aged care homes across the country. That’s because over the past 12 months, the Maggie Beer Foundation has been rolling out its Trainer Mentor Program to 120 aged care homes—and the results have been inspiring.
This hands-on program supports cooks and chefs working in aged care, helping to build confidence, improve food quality, and enrich mealtime experiences for older people.
We’re proud to share that the Department of Health & Aged Care, who funded this important project, has published several case studies that highlight its impact.
