Summary Training Needs Analysis Report 2025

The Professionalising Skills for Good Food in Aged Care project was a collaboration between TAFESA and the Maggie Beer Foundation and responded to the need for skilled chefs, cooks and kitchenhands in the aged care sector.
The findings of the 2021 Royal Commission into Aged Care emphasised the urgent necessity to improve the quality and quantity of food provided in residential care facilities.
