With new Aged Care Quality Standards placing a stronger focus on food, nutrition and the dining experience, providers across Australia are working to lift everyday meals and support better outcomes for older people. The Maggie Beer Foundation’s training and mentoring programs are helping build skills, confidence and practical ways of working, with real improvements seen in food quality, team capability and resident wellbeing.
This is about more than compliance. It’s about supporting dignity, enjoyment and quality of life through food.
