On Tuesday 20 August 2019, Maggie Beer, Peter Kenny (Chair, Maggie Beer Foundation) and Jane Mussared (CEO, Council on the Ageing South Australia) met with Dave Hallinan, Lisa Studdert, Charles Wann and Glenys Beauchamp, from the Department of Health, to discuss innovative options to improve the food experience for our elderly in aged care services. Maggie and her Foundation provided some delicious ideas and examples on how simple and cost effective it can be to improve not only wellbeing but also the quality of life for those in aged care.
