Raising the bar for food in aged care

Our founder, Maggie Beer AO, featured on Today Show this morning to speak about the importance of better food in aged care.

In the interview, Maggie shared why every meal should deliver both nutrition and pleasure, and how thoughtful, well-prepared food can make a meaningful difference to the wellbeing of older people. She also acknowledged the real challenges faced across aged care kitchens and recognised the commitment and hard work of cooks and chefs who show up every day to do their best.
