Graduation marks the culmination of 12 months of learning, collaboration and meaningful change for AnglicareSA’s Elizabeth East residential aged care home.
As one of 130 residential aged care homes across Australia selected for the Maggie Beer Foundation’s Trainer Mentor Program, the team has successfully completed the program and is celebrating the positive impact they’ve made on mealtimes and the dining experience for residents.
