This education program offers support to Providers, Homes, Cooks and Chefs in a range of activities and they are all FREE!

Method:
• Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and line oven trays with baking paper. • In a large bowl mix the spelt flour, coconut, bi-carb, salt and brown sugar. • In a food processor, blitz oats and pumpkin seeds until fine. Once blitzed, add this to the bowl of flour. • Place the dates in the food processor and blend to a puree. • Add the honey, olive oil, orange zest and flour mixture and pulse until it comes together. • Shape into even sized balls and place onto the prepared trays, leaving a gap between. • Press down lightly on each ball to slightly flatten the biscuit. • Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. • Leave for 5 minutes on the baking tray before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
