Method
Utensils- Steamer
- Stick blender
- Jug or beaker
- Spoon
- Place peas into steamer and steam for approximately 5 min.
- Remove from heat and transfer peas into a jug/beaker with the melted butter and mint jelly/sauce if desired.
- Use a stick blender to thoroughly puree.
- Transfer puree into a sieve and work through to remove the husky particles.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
