Another successful Masterclass

Our biggest yet, 43 cooks/chefs eagerly attended the two intense days of training. It was a pleasure to provide them with knowledge, tools and to importantly learn from them all. We are honoured to have already received emails from many with photos of successful changes they have implemented since their training.
