What Is the Trainer Mentor Program?

This comprehensive 12-month program pairs aged care homes with our expert Foundation Chef Trainers to provide tailored mentoring and support. Designed to improve the quality of food and dining experiences for older people, the program focuses on actionable strategies and sustainable improvements that make a real difference.

Participants in the Trainer Mentor Program receive:
  • On-Site Training: Hands-on support from expert trainers, along with monthly follow-ups and coursework to consolidate learning.
  • Menu Appraisal: A professional review of your menu by an Accredited Practising Dietitian to ensure nutritional excellence.
