What's in season - December

There is no escaping Christmas, now it's only a few days away. We take a moment to remember those in residential aged care, after an incredibly challenging year. Please make time to check in with our older Australians during this busy time.

You may be starting to enjoy salads and BBQs, stir-fries, smoothies or fruit salad. Beetroot should be plentiful, along with avocados and berries; make the most of these colourful nutrient packed bites, perfect just as is!
