Cloudy Apple, Red Grape & Mint Mocktail.

Bubbly and refreshing, fabulous for happy hour!  

Method

  • Bruise the mint and place in a jug. Pour in the apple, grape and lime juice then place in the fridge to infuse for 2 hours.  [HINT1] 
  TO SERVE 
  • Strain to remove the mint leaves, then add the soda water. [HINT2] 
  • Serve over ice, with chopped mint leave and sliced red grapes (optional)  
   HANDY HINT 
  1. Prepare the juice & mint infusion a day ahead and leave to steep overnight. 
  2. Add the soda water just before serving.
