Milk & White Chocolate Mousse with Orange

A silky and luscious easy to make chocolate mousse made with tofu.

Method

  • Drain the tofu of any liquid and set aside.
  • Add the remaining mousse ingredients to a pot. Over low heat melt the chocolate while stirring, then remove from the heat.
  • Add the tofu to a food processor, blend until smooth then transfer into a planetary mixer bowl.
  • Add the chocolate to the bowl then whisk on medium speed for 10 minutes, stopping regularly to scrape the sides of the bowl.
  • Divide the mousse into serving trays or individual portions and place in the fridge to chill.
  To serve:
  • Serve with whipped cream orange segments, and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
