Method:
Bruise the mint and place in a jug. Pour in the apple, grape and lime juice then place in the fridge to infuse for 2 hours. [HINT1] TO SERVE Strain to remove the mint leaves, then add the soda water. [HINT2] Serve over ice, with chopped mint leave and sliced red grapes (optional) HANDY HINT Prepare the juice & mint infusion a day ahead and leave to steep overnight. Add the soda water just before serving.
