Bubbly and refreshing, fabulous for happy hour!
Method
- Bruise the mint and place in a jug. Pour in the apple, grape and lime juice then place in the fridge to infuse for 2 hours. [HINT1]
- Strain to remove the mint leaves, then add the soda water. [HINT2]
- Serve over ice, with chopped mint leave and sliced red grapes (optional)
- Prepare the juice & mint infusion a day ahead and leave to steep overnight.
- Add the soda water just before serving.
