Method

  1. Combine anchovies, garlic, lemon zest, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard in food processor for one minute
  2. Add lemon juice and slowly add extra virgin olive oil
  3. Blend until thick and smooth
  4. Steam broccoli for five minutes and fold into sauce
