Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C, grease and line flat baking trays with baking paper.
- Place all ingredients into a rotary mixer bowl, using the paddle attachment, beat on low to medium speed until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into logs and cut into 40g rounds. Alternatively, roll the dough to 5mm thickness and use a biscuit cutter.
- Space evenly on the baking trays and cook for 10 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Set aside to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
- Make double or triple the dough required, form it into logs, cling wrap it and place in the freezer for future use.
