Refreshing cloudy apple, red grape and mint drink

Method

  1. Place the apple, grape and lime juice into a jug with the crushed mint, place in the fridge and leave to infuse for about 2 hours.
  2. Strain, add the sparkling water and serve over a small amount of ice, with chopped mint leave and sliced red grapes (optional)
